Komal Bharti is an Associate at AY & Associates, with a practice spanning corporate and commercial litigation, white-collar crime, arbitration, and POSH matters. She regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, and other tribunals.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked with an IPR firm handling trademark and design matters, and later assisted Panel Counsel for the Enforcement Directorate in matters under PMLA, 2002 and FEMA, 1999. Wherein she was involved in high-profile matters including the Delhi Liquor Policy case, Madhu Koda Coal Block Allocation Scam, Manesar Land Acquisition Scam, and the Antrix–Devas Multimedia dispute and has assisted Senior Advocates such as Mukul Rohatgi and Vibha Dutta Makhija.

Tushar is an Associate at AY Associates, with a practice focused on intellectual property law and commercial litigation. His areas of expertise include trademark prosecution and litigation, alongside a wide range of commercial disputes involving contractual claims, recovery proceedings, and advisory mandates. He has appeared and assisted in matters before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the National Company Law Tribunal, and various other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
Tushar has been involved in several notable matters, including the Transworld v. Zoomcar trademark dispute before the Delhi High Court, as well as proceedings before the Supreme Court concerning librarians’ pay parity. He is also engaged in ongoing litigation arising out of a large-scale financial fraud matter involving investigations by the Central Bureau of Investigation and the Enforcement Directorate. He also regularly advises and assists Corporate clients such as Zoomcar and Cinepolis.
Prior to joining AY Associates, Tushar was associated with senior members of the Bar, where he gained extensive experience in matrimonial disputes, property matters, and statutory litigation.
