Ankita Wadhwa is a Counsel in the Dispute Resolution. She has significant experience in handling complex litigation, with a focus on commercial and contractual disputes.
Ankita began her legal career at A.B. & Co. Law Offices, where she worked from 2019 to 2021 as an ‘Associate’. During her tenure, she was actively involved in high-stakes civil litigation, including matters under the Negotiable Instruments Act and various recovery proceedings.
She joined the firm in 2021 as an ‘Associate’ and was engaged in a broad range of litigation and advisory matters. In 2023, she moved to Canada to pursue the ‘Paralegal Ontario Certification’ and gained international work experience during a four-month tenure with a Canadian legal organization. She returned to India in April 2025 and re-joined the firm in July 2025 as ‘Senior Associate’.
Ankita advises clients on diverse areas of law, including arbitration, civil and criminal litigation, intellectual property enforcement and trademark filings, consumer disputes, and regulatory compliance. She is also experienced in drafting and vetting a wide range of commercial agreements. She regularly represents clients before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, and various tribunals, and is known for her meticulous research, effective drafting, and practical legal insight.
